Aviation- and avionics-centric fundraiser

MakerPlane Founder John Nicol has launched a fundraising campaign to facilitate MakerPlane v1.0. “Our Indiegogo campaign has just launched,” Nicol announces. “Our funding goal is $75,000, which will allow us to complete the aircraft and provide the free open-source plans, build instructions, and electronic files for MakerPlane v1.0 LSA (light sport aircraft).” The campaign is live and accepting contributions online at http://igg.me/at/makerplane.
