Mercury Systems to provide $2.7 million in digital signal processing modules for manned aircraft radar application

CHELMSFORD, Mass., 20 May 2014. Mercury Systems Inc. (NASDAQ:MRCY), a provider of commercially developed, open sensor, and data processing systems, won a $2.7 million follow-on order from an unnamed defense prime contractor to deliver digital signal processing (DSP) modules for a manned airborne multi-mode surveillance radar application.

CHELMSFORD, Mass., 20 May 2014. Mercury Systems Inc. (NASDAQ:MRCY), a provider of commercially developed, open sensor, and data processing systems, won a $2.7 million follow-on order from an unnamed defense prime contractor to deliver digital signal processing (DSP) modules for a manned airborne multi-mode surveillance radar application.

“Mercury’s decade-long relationship with this prime contractor exemplifies our commitment to extending customer success over the entire life of a defense program and our ability to deliver critically important upgrades years after initial deployments,” says Didier Thibaud, President of Mercury’s Commercial Electronics business unit.

Mercury officials expect to ship the order by the end of Mercury’s fiscal 2014 fourth quarter.
