HAIFA, Israel, 17 June 2014. Officials at the Swiss Federal Department of Defence, Civil Protection, and Sport (DDPS) have selected Elbit Systems Ltd. (NASDAQ:ESLT) in Israel as the preferred supplier for its UAS 15 reconnaissance drone program.
Implementation of the program is subject to further Swiss government approvals.
