Engility subsidiary to support U.S. Air Force unmanned aircraft program, including Predator and Reaper UAS

CHANTILLY, Va., 19 June 2014. Dynamics Research Corp. (DRC), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Engility Holdings Inc. (NYSE:EGL), won two task orders totaling $22.2 million to support a broad spectrum of engineering, testing, and project management for the Medium Altitude Unmanned Aircraft Systems (MAUAS) Division at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base in Ohio, including the critical missions of the MQ-1 Predator and MQ-9 Reaper.

CHANTILLY, Va., 19 June 2014. Dynamics Research Corp. (DRC), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Engility Holdings Inc. (NYSE:EGL), won two task orders totaling $22.2 million to support a broad spectrum of engineering, testing, and project management for the Medium Altitude Unmanned Aircraft Systems (MAUAS) Division at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base in Ohio, including the critical missions of the MQ-1 Predator and MQ-9 Reaper.

The task orders, which represent extensions under the U.S. Navy’s Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) Logistics, Maintenance, and Supply Support contract vehicle, have a total value of $22.2 million, including a nine-month base valued at $13.1 million, and two three-month option periods.

Under the task orders, Engility will support a range of work at Wright-Patterson AFB and Palmdale and Poway, Calif., by providing logistics management, project management, product and quality assurance, acquisition support and foreign military sales program management, and electrical and mechanical engineering. Engility will also support flight and ground test activities, weapons integration, flight operations scheduling, and logistics management.
