WHITE PLAINS, N.Y., 2 April 2015.ITT Corp. (NYSE:ITT) has acquired Hartzell Aerospace, a manufacturer of highly engineered and customized solutions for aerospace environmental control systems on a wide range of high-growth, next-generation aircraft.

Hartzell Aerospace boasts 240 employees and production facilities in Valencia and Perris, Calif.
