PARIS, 15 June 2015. Officials at Parker Aerospace’s Customer Support Operations have signed long-term agreements to provide comprehensive maintenance packages for Emirates Airline, Singapore Airlines, and Tianjin Airlines. Each agreement is part of an enhanced service offering provided by Parker in partnership with these operators.

“These long-term partnerships illustrate Parker’s commitment to providing global reach, local focus to customers around the world. Parker is dedicated to elevating the services it provides to customers in order to meet commitments to the flying passenger,” company officials say.

For Emirates Airline, Parker will provide a comprehensive maintenance package for its fleet of Boeing 777 and Airbus A330/A340 aircraft and engines, covering its hub and various outstations through its worldwide network of repair facilities. The terms of the agreement are part of Parker’s strategy to elevate its customer service by providing Emirates guaranteed maintenance terms, access to an in-region inventory pool, and a local support team.

“We are delighted to extend our partnership with Emirates — a global leader in aerospace growth, service, and network availability — for a further 10 years and beyond,” says Ben van Sleeuwen, director of EMEA for Parker Aerospace’s Customer Support Operations. “This agreement was established in close cooperation with Emirates and meets its needs for Parker product for its growing fleet of Boeing aircraft.”

Parker Aerospace will provide Singapore Airlines (SIA) with a comprehensive support package for its fleet of Boeing 777 aircraft that includes maintenance, an inventory leasing plan, reliability sustainment, and management.

Parker Customer Support Operations will be the administrative lead for this agreement while ACE Services, the joint venture between SIA Engineering Company and Parker Aerospace, will manage many of the products locally.

“This agreement provides cost predictability to our customer, while offering enhanced services and product performance for their fleet of Boeing 777 aircraft,” says Fergus Lopez, director of Asia Pacific for Parker Aerospace’s Customer Support Operations.

For Tianjin Airlines’ fleet of Embraer 190 E-Jet aircraft, Parker will support maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) needs in addition to a customer service guarantee on inventory support.

“Parker is proud to form this partnership with Tianjin Airlines,” says Lopez.

“These long-term partnerships will help bring Parker’s commitment to providing global reach, local focus to customers in China, Singapore, and the Middle East,” says Vice President of Parker Aerospace’s Customer Support Operations Bonnie Peat. “We are proud to bring regional support to these rapidly growing and important marketplaces.”
