Airbus Paris Air Show New Order Tally Tops $16 Bil

Boeing (BA) was outpacing rival Airbus (EADSY) in new orders on Tuesday, day two of the Paris Air Show, the world's largest commercial aircraft expo. But European aerospace giant Airbus continued to announce new orders, bagging an estimated $16.4 billion as of early Tuesday vs. Korean Air inked a memorandum of understanding (MOU) to buy up to 50 A321neo aircraft, Airbus' new plane, which it offers.
