U.S. Navy orders $7.6 million in Communications & Power Industries radomes for EW system

PALO ALTO, Calif., 22 July 2015. The Radant Technologies Division of Communications & Power Industries (CPI) won $7.6 million in multi-year orders for radomes and related services to support a U.S. Navy airborne electronic warfare system.

PALO ALTO, Calif., 22 July 2015. The Radant Technologies Division of Communications & Power Industries (CPI) won $7.6 million in multi-year orders for radomes and related services to support a U.S. Navy airborne electronic warfare system. CPI Radant Technologies Division has provided radomes for this electronic warfare system for several years, and the most recent contract extends its participation in this system until 2020.

Officials at the U.S. Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Aviation in Philadelphia awarded the contract.

Work on this contract will be performed in Stow, Mass.

Communications & Power Industries (CPI) in Palo Alto, California, is a subsidiary of CPI International Holding Corp. and CPI International Inc. CPI develops, manufactures, and distributes components and subsystems used in the generation, amplification, transmission, and reception of microwave signals for a wide variety of systems including radar, electronic warfare, and communications (satellite and point-to-point) systems for military and commercial applications, as well as microwave and RF energy generating products for various industrial and scientific pursuits.
