    MDA to provide communication antenna subsystem for Boeing 702MP satellite

    RICHMOND, B.C., 19 Nov. 2015. MacDonald, Dettwiler and Associates (MDA; TSX:MDA), a global communications and information company in Richmond, British Columbia, won a contract with The Boeing Company to provide a communication antenna subsystem to be installed on the Boeing 702MP satellite.

    RICHMOND, B.C., 19 Nov. 2015. MacDonald, Dettwiler and Associates (MDA; TSX:MDA), a global communications and information company in Richmond, British Columbia, won a contract with The Boeing Company. MDA will provide a communication antenna subsystem to be installed on the Boeing 702MP satellite platform from Boeing Defense, Space & Security in Berkely, Missouri.

    The contract is inclusive of an initial firm commitment of $7.6 million, and could potentially total $9.7 million (Canadian).

    MDA's business is focused on markets and customers with strong repeat business potential, primarily in the Communications sector and the Surveillance and Intelligence sector. In addition, the Company conducts a significant amount of advanced technology development.

    MDA's established global customer base is served by more than 4,800 employees operating from 11 locations in the United States, Canada, and internationally.
