Crane’s Interpoint MFK series DC-DC converters designated as Class H under MIL-PRF-38534

REDMOND, Wash., 26 May 2016. Interpoint MFK Series DC-DC converters from Crane Aerospace & Electronics in Redmond, Washington, are now designated Class H per Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) performance specifications. Class H is a standard military quality level of MIL-PRF-38534.

REDMOND, Wash., 26 May 2016. Interpoint MFK Series DC-DC converters from Crane Aerospace & Electronics in Redmond, Washington, are now designated Class H per Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) performance specifications. Class H is a standard military quality level of MIL-PRF-38534.

“Many of our customers require Class H DC-DC converters,” explains Bob Myers, Senior Director of Modular Power. “This assures them that the converters are guaranteed to meet the requirements of MIL-PRF 38534 and MIL-STD-883.” Crane offers MFK Class H DC-DC converters with two SMD numbers – SMD 5962-14210 for MFK singles and SMD 5962-14211 for MFK duals.

Designed for reliable performance, the MFK Series converters feature fully isolated magnetic feedback, inhibit and synchronization functions, and operation over the full temperature range of -55oC to 125oC. They are available in flanged or non-flanged hermetically sealed cases with 11 different output voltages.
