Lockheed Martin selects Elbit Systems of America to develop F-35 panoramic cockpit display replacement

FORT WORTH, Texas. Elbit Systems of America LLC engineers in Fort Worth, Texas, are developing a cockpit display replacement for F-35 military aircraft, under a new development contract from Lockheed Martin Aeronautics for Technology Refresh 3, Panoramic Cockpit Display Unit.

The award expands Elbit Systems of America's role on the F-35 program, which includes: power amplifiers, structures, and sustainment work.

Elbit Systems of America, together with Rockwell Collins, also supplies the F-35 Helmet Mounted Display System, through joint venture Rockwell Collins ESA Vision Systems (RCEVS).
