January 17, 2019-The announcement by the TSA that its security officers calling out because of economic hardship is acknowledging the obvious, but it may help stop the partial government shutdown. The Washington Post's Robert Costa Tweeted on Tuesday that "“Couple senior Republican lawmakers tell me the only way this breaks open is if TSA employees stay home and Americans get furious about their flights. That’s the only out, they say.”
