PARIS - ITT Aerospace Controls will be on hand at the Paris Air Show with a plethora of products, including their highly engineered silencers and acoustic treatments for APU inlets and exhausts with various noise control components, silencers and acoustic materials. All solutions are custom designed to reduce noise at specific frequencies.
The design capabilities include acoustic analysis and custom designs, rigid and flexible ECS silencers, low and high temperature solutions, and in-house FEA acoustic analysis sofware.
Noise attenuation techniques include 1/4 wavelegnth cavity; folded cavity; impedance matching; and Helmholtz resonator chamber.
ITT Aerospace Controls noise control products have been used on many aircraft including Boeing 787, Bombardier Q400, Mitsubishi Regional Jet, and even the International Space Station.
