April 28, 2020 -Politico's Gurciullo covers the numerous options lawmakers and carriers are and may undertake as the aviation sector looks to "return to normal." She noted 40 percent of recent passengers may wait up to 6 months after the outbreak is contained. With a lack of incoming revenue, a second CARES Act may be needed to keep the sector aloft. In addition, carriers are seeking flexibility to shift aircraft and routes.
