GTE to provide more battlefield computer systems
Engineers at the Communications Systems Division of GTE Government Systems Corp. in Taunton, Mass., won an $11.2 million contract modification to supply computers, peripherals, and software for Project Manager Army Tactical Command and Control Systems — better known as PM ATCCS. The contract came from the U.S. Army Communications-Electronics Command at Fort Monmouth, N.J. — J.K.
