MANCHESTER, N.H., 21 May 2011. The 20,000th delivery of the StalkIR thermal monocular was made by BAE Systems OASYS. Warfighters use the device for detecting improvised explosive devices (IEDs) and similar dangers in the field.

Warfighters use the device for detecting improvised explosive devices (IEDs) and similar dangers in the field.The clip-on device functions as a weapon sight and surveillance tool. Features include a modular rail interface for mounting on weapons and dual band aiming lasers.StalkIR, which is in full-rate production, also has a hand-held mode, is in full-rate production.
