EADS North America to provide simulator-based training to U.S. Air Force

SAN ANTONIO, Texas, 15 Jan. 2009. EADS North America Defense Security and Systems Solutions, Inc. has been awarded a three-year contract to provide Joint Cyberspace Operations Range (JCOR) simulator-based training and crew certification services for the U.S. Air Force Communications Agency.

SAN ANTONIO, Texas, 15 Jan. 2009.EADS North America Defense Security and Systems Solutions Inc. has been awarded a three-year contract to provide Joint Cyberspace Operations Range (JCOR) simulator-based training and crew certification services for the U.S. Air Force Communications Agency.

Support services to be provided include range functionality -- encompassing exercise design, tactics development and testing -- along with Simulator Training Exercise (SIMTEX) development and implementation, with a special emphasis on understanding and training of crew-level personnel.

Says Johnnie Hernandez, the chairman, president and CEO of EADS North America Defense Security and Systems Solutions: "This contract renewal underscores our ability to deliver cutting-edge services in design and implementation of simulator-based training, exercises and certification of the warfighters that protect our nation."
