Athenyx acquisition to expand National Interest Security Company's intelligence capabilities
WASHINGTON, 24 Dec. 2007. National Interest Security Company LLC (NISC), a company controlled by DC Capital Partners LLC, has completed its acquisition of Athenyx Inc.
Athenyx, headquartered in Columbia, Md., is a provider of expert-level engineering and computer systems, support for the design, acquisition, development, integration, deployment, and ongoing support of high-performance information systems to the U.S. intelligence community.
