Executives of DY 4 Systems Inc. of Kanata, Ontario, and Virtual Prototypes Inc. in Montreal are joining in an effort to develop and market aircraft cockpit displays from design through production. DY 4 specializes in ruggedized VME computers, while Virtual Prototypes supplies human-machine interface development and deployment tools.
