Designers at Bustronic Corp. in Fremont, Calif., are offering a new family of off-the-shelf VME320/64x backplanes in 21, 15, 12, 9, and 7 slots. These backplanes support the VME320 protocols that move data between circuit cards as fast as 320 megabytes per second.
