150-Watt solid state amplifier introduced by AR Modular RF for wireless broadband network applications

BOTHELL, Wash., 27 May 2010. AR Modular RF in Bothell, Wash., is introducing the 150-Watt model KMS2010 solid-state power amplifier module for wireless broadband network applications. The 52 dBm linear power amplifier operates from 1.75 to 1.85 GHz, has a scalable gain of 57 dB, and is designed to meet most communication protocols, including various types of OFDM.

The 52 dBm linear power amplifier operates from 1.75 to 1.85 GHz, has a scalable gain of 57 dB, and is designed to meet most communications protocols, including various types of OFDM.

The module comprises a printed circuit board housed in a machine aluminum enclosure. The amplifier is protected from thermal overload, over-power, over-voltage or wrong voltage polarity as well as having an internal isolator.
