ADLINK Technology set to acquire Ampro Computers

TAIPEI, Taiwan, 24 March 2008. Leaders of ADLINK Technology Inc. in Taipei, Taiwan are set to acquire Ampro Computers Inc. in San Jose, Calif., to merge Ampro's expertise in board-level embedded computers with ADLINK's manufacturing capabilities for industrial control and communications applications.

Leaders of ADLINK Technology Inc. in Taipei, Taiwan are set to acquire Ampro Computers Inc. in San Jose, Calif., to merge Ampro's expertise in board-level embedded computerswith ADLINK's manufacturing capabilities for industrial control and communications applications.

"ADLINK will gain access to Ampro's expertise in developing extreme rugged board-level embedded computers, as well as its strong and mature U.S. sales channel."
