Navy certifies Northrop Grumman electronic charting technology for fast attack submarines

CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va., 1 April 2008. The U.S. Navy has approved a Northrop Grumman Corp. radar system as an authorized electronic chart display and information system, Navy (ECDIS-N) for the U.S. Navy's Los Angeles-class (SSN 688) nuclear fast attack submarines.
