READING, Pa., 6 March 2009. Fidelity Technologies Corp. in Reading, Pa., won a $5.3 million U.S. Air Force contract to create a simulation and training system that can be used for a range of training exercises.

Fidelity will manufacture and deliver the military simulation and training product -- called the Joint Terminal Control Training and Rehearsal System (JTC TRS).

The product will provide real-life battlefield scenarios for war fighters in four areas: terminal attack control, close air support, military air traffic control, and call for fire coordination, training, and mission rehearsal.

The system will include a 240-by-60-degree projector to serve as an interactive screen and a network of computers.
