Epoxies

Master Bond offers an extensive range of one and two part epoxies for a variety of applications and industries. Two part epoxies are composed of a resin and a hardener and most systems are designed to cure at room temperature or more quickly at elevated temperatures. Master Bond keeps its eye on convenience with its line of one component epoxies. These systems do not require mixing and feature unlimited working lives at room temperature. They cure quickly at moderate temperatures while delivering the high strength and performance typically expected with epoxies. Special epoxy grades meet stringent industry requirements such as: • NASA low outgassing approval • USP Class VI specifications for biocompatibility • Halogen free • FDA CFR 175.300 & 175.105 • UL 94V-0 & UL 94V-1 • ISO 10993-5 • RoHS standards Master Bond is able to formulate epoxies that offer a variety of performance properties including: • Exceptional adhesion to similar and dissimilar substrates • Resistance to vibration and shock • Ability to withstand thermal cycling • Fast cures at ambient temperatures • Long-term durability
