Standardizing the RF and DSP domains: Where is the current state of U.S. military efforts to make equipment upgrades faster and cheaper?

This panel discussion will focus on the extent to which standardization will move up the RF chain. As SOSA, CMOSS, HOST and other military open standards are being implemented across the services with respect to board-to-board connectivity, is anything being done to extend that standardization into the RF domain?  Are the services coordinating and consolidating approaches to electronic warfare hardware for DSP and RF applications – and if so, how?
