High-temp voltage reference device unveiled
Engineers at Honeywell Inc. Solid State Electronics Center in Plymouth, Minn., are adding the 5-volt voltage reference device to their family of high-temperature metal oxide silicon electronics, better known as HTMOS. The device, called the HTVREF-05 operates in temperatures between -55 and 225 degrees Celsius, and will operate in even hotter temperatures for more than one year with derated performance. The device provides the reference voltage for data acquisition systems operating in extreme t
