ILC Data Device gets ISO 9001 rating

Experts from Underwriters Laboratories are awarding the Bohemia, N.Y., manufacturing facility of ILC Data Device Corp. with the ISO-9001 registration for quality. This rating covers the design and manufacture of hybrid microcircuits, discrete modules, printed circuit board assemblies, and data bus/synchro instruments. ILC Data Devices is a longtime supplier of high-reliability electronic components for the military, and its officials used the company`s compliance with the U.S. government Mil-PRF-38534 and Mil-Std-883 quality standards as the basis of their move to ISO 9001 compliance.
