Surface-mount RGB LED for high-intensity colors

LEDtronics in Torrance, Calif., is offering the SML505RBG1K-TR low-profile surface-mount red, green, and blue light-emitting diode (RGB LED), which provide high visibility in a size of 5.5 by 5.5 millimeters. The diodes emit high-intensity light in a viewing angle of 120 degrees. The red diode wavelength varies between 620 and 630 nanometers, the green diode is between 520 and 535 nanometers, and the blue diode operates between 460 and 475 nanometers.
