Rugged laser module for targeting introduced by Laser Components

Laser Components USA Inc. in Bedford, N.H., is introducing the rugged Flexpoint heavy-duty HD laser module for targeting, marking, or positioning in harsh operating conditions. The lasers meet IP67, can withstand the effects of sandstorms, and can go into one-meter-deep water for as long as 30 minutes. Flexpoint HD modules are available as dot lasers, line lasers with fan angles from 10 to 100 degrees, or cross-hair lasers with fan angles from 2 to 60 degrees. They emit at 520 or 635 nanometers. The 520-nanometer light spectrum is visible in daylight.
