Engineers at Electro-Optics Industries - better known as ELOP - of Rehovot, Israel., are building a laser rangefinder designator for the U.S. Army OH-58D Kiowa Warrior scout-attack helicopter under a contract with U.S. Army Communications-Electronics Command at Fort Monmouth, N.J.
