Litton acquires SAI Technology

Leaders of Litton Industries Inc. in Woodland Hills, Calif., have completed their acquisition of SAI Technology, a division of Science Applications International Corp., in La Jolla, Calif. SAIT specializes in rugged mobile computing equipment, and in integrating commercial off-the-shelf systems. The company has a growing share of the military and commercial electronic display markets. Litton, meanwhile, specializes in advanced electronic, defense, and information systems such as inertial navigation systems, flat-panel displays, and combat vehicle electronics. - J.K.
