DSCC qualifies BKC devices for space
The Defense Supply Center Columbus in Columbus, Ohio, approved BKC Semiconductors Inc. in Lawrence, Mass., to build Mil-Prf-19500/578 and /533 unleaded square surface mount packages for space applications.
