Skyler Frink joins editorial team of Military & Aerospace Electronics and Avionics Intelligence

NASHUA, N.H., 5 Oct. 2011. Skyler Frink, 22, a 2011 graduate of the University of New Hampshire with a bachelor's degree in journalism, is joining the editorial team of Military & Aerospace Electronics and Avionics Intelligence as assistant editor for the PennWell Aerospace and Defense Media Group. Frink, of Madbury, N.H., will produce Website content, news and features for the Military & Aerospace Electronics print magazine, and will be a regular contributor to the Military & Aerospace Electronics and Avionics Intelligence video blogs. Frink also will blog for the Military & Aerospace Electronics and Avionics Intelligence Websites, contribute content to the franchise e-newsletters, and will attend important industry trade shows and other events to interact with influential members of the aerospace and defense industry.

Frink, of Madbury, N.H., will produce Website content, news and features for the Military & Aerospace Electronics print magazine, and will be a regular contributor to the Military & Aerospace Electronics and Avionics Intelligence video blogs.

Frink also will blog for the Military & Aerospace Electronics and Avionics Intelligence Websites, contribute content to the franchise e-newsletters, and will attend important industry trade shows and other events to interact with influential members of the aerospace and defense industry. Frink replaces John McHale, who has left the company.

On the PennWell Aerospace and Defense Media Group, Frink joins Executive Editor Courtney Howard, who is in charge of the Avionics Intelligence franchise, and Chief Editor John Keller, who is in charge of the Military & Aerospace Electronics franchise and is editorial director of the Aerospace and Defense Media Group.

As a member of the PennWell Aerospace and Defense Media Group editorial team, Frink also will participate in producing technical conference content for the Avionics Europe show, as well as future live and virtual PennWell events, participate in online Webcasts as content contributor and Webcast moderator, and will help produce online editorial content on the Military & Aerospace Electronics and Avionics Intelligence Websites seven days a week.

At University of New Hampshire Frink majored in journalism with a minor in information technology. He has been a published writer since attending high school in Manchester, N.H., and has worked for several newspaper and news sites where he edited stories, performed page layout, and wrote news and features.
