Since 1999, STG has provided IT support services to ARL and has been a catalyst for many improvement initiatives. STG helped to develop ARL's Enterprise Management Center (EMC) -- a knowledge capture and management environment that supports ARL scientists and the entire Department of Defense scientific community.

Working under an ITIL framework, STG will rely on proprietary process improvement initiatives and industry best practices to ensure increased productivity across the ARL enterprise. Working with teammates Exeter and ZeNETeX, Team STG will continue to support ARL's mission to provide innovative science, technology and analysis to enable full-spectrum operations.
