Concurrent Technologies Corp. wins $236 million SeaPort-e contract from NSWC Crane

JOHNSTOWN, Pa., 8 Jan. 2009. Concurrent Technologies Corp. (CTC) won a Seaport-e task order from the U.S. Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC), Expeditionary Systems Engineering Division, in Crane, Ind., to provide Research, Development, Testing & Evaluation Systems Operations and Maintenance support. The contract has an estimated value of $236 million over five years depending on tasks required by NSWC Crane and its customers.

(CTC) won a Seaport-e task order from the U.S. Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC), Expeditionary Systems Engineering Division, in Crane, Ind., to provide Research, Development, Testing & Evaluation Systems Operations and Maintenance support. The contract has an estimated value of $236 million over five years depending on tasks required by NSWC Crane and its customers.

Under an initial SeaPort-e Task Order, CTC will assist NSWC Crane in achieving its strategic target to be recognized as a Special Missions Center of Excellence and to grow new Special Missions programs and technologies, including applied research and development, deployment planning and support, education and training, systems/software engineering, and systems security.
