USAMS II is the vehicle USSTRATCOM will use to procure advisory and assistance services support for management and professional services; studies, analysis, and evaluations; and engineering and technical services, says a representative. This support includes all USSTRATCOM component commands, supporting and supported agencies, and the Air Force Weather Agency.
