WARWICK, R.I., 13 Aug. 2010. ETCO Inc. in Warwick, R.I. is introducing the FlatSnap vibration-resistant electrical connector that prevents wiring harnesses from pulling out and shaking loose. The connector, which clicks and locks into place to validate proper attachment, is available in 0.032-by-0.250-inch and other sizes made from nickel-plated steel and various high temperature alloys.

The ETCO FlatSnap connector has wings that match UL male tabs and replaces a standard disconnect with a positive locking connector that is vibration-resistant.
