LOS ANGELES, 22 July 2010. Universal Detection Technology, a developer of early-warning monitoring technologies for protection from bioterrorism and other infectious health threats and provider of counter-terrorism consulting and training services, has fulfilled its first GSA Schedule Contract purchase order to the United States Air Force for its radiation detection equipment.

The purchase order is the first from UNDT’s listing on the GSA Schedule (GS-07F-0106V) for equipment used in the detection of radiation, as well as biological weapons, such as anthrax, ricin, botulinum, and plague.

“UNDT has fulfilled and completed its first purchase order from our listing in the GSA Schedule, delivering a new generation of radiation detection equipment to the Air Force,” says Jacques Tizabi, CEO of Universal Detection Technology. “It is our expectation that the successful completion of this order establishes an enduring precedence for UNDT and its future GSA Schedule customers by delivering state-of-the-art CBRN detection equipment with exceptional customer service.”
