JRTI provides HPC solutions to the academic, government, and commercial markets. The partnership agreement allows JRTI to integrate Digi-Data's storage products directly into its HPC solutions.

JRTI is the exclusive academic and largest domestic reseller of SGI solutions, and has implemented integrations at more than 500 universities nationwide, including Purdue, Harvard, MIT's Lincoln Lab, and the Alabama Super Computer Center.

"Digi-Data's storage products help our systems speed time to discovery," says Tom Mountcastle, president of JRTI. "Many of our customers are under grants, and under time constraints."

Dennis Cindrich, president of Digi-Data, says, "JRTI provides solutions that contribute to major discoveries in fields like medicine and space. Our systems have helped several large research institutes simplify management and control power utilization in large and growing, data-intensive environments."
