Mr. O'Neill has held several product marketing and managerial roles at Actel prior to becoming the director of military and aerospace marketing. Prior to joining Actel in 1990, he was a design engineer for Hewlett-Packard's Computer Peripherals Group and Racal-Comsec Ltd. Mr. O'Neill holds a bachelor's degree in electronics engineering from the University of Reading, England.
