Pete has been active researcher and product developer in Computer Architecture and Operating Systems. He is the current Chair of VITA 65 and served as the Assistant Editor of OpenVPX Specification. Prior to working at Curtiss Wright, he served as Member of Technical Staff at Sun Microsystems. Pete has authored and co-authored numerous publications in Journals and Conference proceedings. Pete received a Masters of Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of California San Diego, Graduate work in Bio-Medical Engineering at Columbia University and Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering and Minor in Computer Science from Manhattan College. He has served as an Adjunct Professor of Computer Science and Engineering at San Diego State University for over a decade.
