Kelvin Nilsen
Dr. Kelvin Nilsen is Chief Technology Officer of Aonix, where he oversees products to support development with both Ada and Java. He represents Aonix to the Java Community Process, and is an active member of the JSR-50, JSR-282, and JSR-302 expert groups. He was also a key contributor to the NIST-hosted meetings on requirements for real-time Java, and was the editor of the J Consortium's Real-Time Core Extensions specification. Dr. Nilsen founded NewMonics, the first company to enable real-time execution of Java, in 1996. NewMonics merged with Aonix in 2003.
