GREENWOOD, Ind. – BroadWave Technologies Inc. in Greenwood, Ind. is introducing the model 552-361-250 conduction-cooled termination for military communications systems, field and laboratory test environments, and tower site applications.

The model 552-361-250 is a space saving 50-Ohm, 250-Watt average, DC-4 GHz load with an N male connector. Conduction-cooled terminations mount to a customer-provided heat sink, and exhibit 1.35:1 maximum voltage standing wave ratio (VSWR) with an operating temperature range of -40 to 70 degrees Celsius.

These power termination devices originally were designed for the wireless infrastructure industry. Other connector types and average power conduction cooled terminations and conduction cooled fixed attenuators are also available.
