Hades Manufacturing Corp. in Farmingdale, N.Y., is offering multichannel thermocouple reference junctions with as many as 16 channels of T.C. reference junctions. This reference junction lowers system costs and space requirements with as many as 16 thermocouple inputs that convert to copper (cold junctions) with a precise isothermal structure, company officials say. An internal reference junction monitors and corrects the measurement system for ambient temperatures over a -55 to 100 degrees Celsius operating range. Typical accuracy is with 1°C over the operating range. The power supply can be 1- to 10-volts DC. Applications include continuous or multiplexed data systems.
