REDMOND, Wash., 18 July 2013. Crane Aerospace & Electronics in Redmond, Wash., is introducing a down-leaded version of its Interpoint MFP series point-of-load (POL) converters.

This version of the company's power electronics product, available in flanged and non-flanged packages, is a single-output 16-Watt DC-DC converter providing output voltages from 0.64 to 3.5 volts from a source voltage of 3 to 6 volts to 90 percent efficiency.

The MFP measures 1.2-by-1.2 inches and includes built-in filtering and transient protection.

The MFP’s wide output range enables the power system engineer to specify and qualify one device for many output voltage applications.
