Nagano Keiki Co. Ltd. acquires Ashcroft Holdings

STRATFORD, Conn., 9 June 2006. Nagano Keiki Co. Ltd. of Tokyo has finalized its acquisition of Ashcroft Holdings Inc. from KPS Special Situations Funds. Ashcroft Holdings Inc. manufactures gauges, thermometers, switches, transducers, transmitters, calibration equipment, and isolators for pressure and temperature measurement, monitoring and control.

STRATFORD, Conn., 9 June 2006. Nagano Keiki Co. Ltd. of Tokyo has finalized its acquisition of Ashcroft Holdings Inc. from KPS Special Situations Funds.

Ebro Electronics GmbH, headquartered in Germany, remains in the KPS portfolio.

Ashcroft Holdings Inc. manufactures gauges, thermometers, switches, transducers, transmitters, calibration equipment, and isolators for pressure and temperature measurement, monitoring and control.

Nagano Keiki Co. Ltd. is a manufacturer of pressure gauges, transmitters, and temperature gauges. The company also makes equipment for the semiconductor industry, such as pressure regulators, transducers, digital pressure gauges and power supplies.
