CARSON, Calif. - OTTO Controls has introduced the T6 magnetically held toggle switch for military and commercial fixed-wing and rotary-wing aircraft applications.

The T6 is designed for applications that require a magnetic hold function and can be used with automated aircraft systems such as yaw dampers, anti-skid braking, and auxiliary power systems. An internal solenoid provides the switch's hold function.

The environmentally sealed T6 switch has a stainless-steel housing and meets SAE AS55941 requirements. The switch is available in single- and double-pole configurations, with two- or three-position operation and momentary or maintained action.

OTTO offers the T6 in multiple configurations, including bat, tab, and oval handles, plus a lever-lockout option. Multiple terminal styles and mounting hardware are also available.

The company says the T6 is immediately available and can be customized in hundreds of configurations for military, industrial, and aerospace applications.
