Applications include high-precision military applications like radar; test and measurement equipment; telecommunication systems; and base stations.

GREENWOOD, Ind. – BroadWave Technologies Inc. in Greenwood, Ind., is introducing the model series 351-304-XXX line of 50-Ohm RF and microwave fixed attenuators for analyzing harmonic signals or isolating a device under test.

Applications include high-precision military applications like radar; test and measurement equipment; telecommunication systems; and base stations.

These devices are rated 30-Watts average power with 1.40:1 maximum voltage standing wave ratio (VSWR). The operating frequency range is DC to 4 GHz, attenuation values are 3, 6, 10, 20, 30, and 40 dB, and the operating temperature range is -55 to 70 degrees Celsius.

These RF and microwave attenuators reduce the amount of power delivered in a transmission line without introducing much noise or distortion. The devices use SMA male and SMA female RF connectors.
