The GEN3i transfers data to the storage medium at speeds to 200 megabytes per second. say a user employs 18 channels at 2 millisamples per second, producing 4 megabytes per second per channel. The 18 channels will produce 72 megabytes per second continuously until the 480-gigabyte solid state disk (SSD) is loaded.
Users can select from 21 different data acquisition cards. The GEN3i can be equipped with isolated strain gauge or accelerometer signal conditioners as well as ultra-high speed cards offering sampling rates of 100 millisamples per second or an isolated 1 kilovolt data acquisition card with plus-or-minus 1000-volt direct inputs. The GEN3i has to 96 configurable input channels.
